Oh no!!!  For so many reasons.  And mortifying for the man who wrote this private email.  BUT as a third party, it’s hard not to find this funny ie “When a woman plays with her hair, she is preening.”  She’s not a bird!  (Okay I admit maybe I like birds a bit too much, and I guess this term is used for people too.)  Plus, did he consider that playing with her hair meant she was bored/nervous/didn’tevenrealizeherhabit?
